Registration

No registration fees. Participation in the conference is limited to the authors of selected papers, or to invited speakers and participants.

Financial support

Selected authors or their affiliated organizations will have to fund the participants’ travel expenses.

Limited funds are available to support the travel and accommodation expenses to Clermont-Ferrand for participants from low-income countries with an accepted paper. The participants will receive information on how to apply for a travel grant.

Location

Clermont-Ferrand is located three hours from Paris by train. The town is situated at the foot of the volcanoes of the Chaîne des Puys, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
